For the 30th consecutive year, the Stanley Cup will stay in America.

With the Edmonton Oiler’s 5-2 loss last night against the Vegas Golden Knights, there are no Canadian teams remaining in the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The last time a Canadian team won the Cup was in 1993 when Montreal took down the Kings for the holy grail.

This looked like it could have been the year for Canada. Toronto made it to the second round again and the West was wide open for Edmontons taking.
