Stan Bowman has stepped down as the GM and President of the Chicago Blackhawks after lawyers review the case of the 2010 player who was sexually assaulted by a former assistant coach.
The NHL will also fine the organization $2 Million due to mishandling the issue back in 2010.
From what has already been a tough start to the year for the Blackhawks, this news and buzz around the locker room doesn’t help the players focus on winning.
This organization is a complete mess right now, and I do think that this is a good step in the right direction to get the real change that Hawks fans want in the organization.
