NFL Week 4 picks

Let’s move on to week 4 of the year!

Jaguars (0-3) vs. Bengals (2-1)

Trevor Lawerence and Joe Burrow will battle out on Thursday night football this week in Cincinnati. Joe Burrow and the Bengals have been off to a surprising start this year. Ja’Marr Chase and Joe apparently have not lost their connection, as Chase has taken the crown for NFL offensive rookie of the month and has been off to a hot start on his career. Trevor and the Jags have had their struggles early this year, and I think this will be a tough one for Jacksonville.

Bengals 27, Jaguars 13

Texans (1-2) vs. Bills (2-1)

Davis Mills and the Texans look to bounce back against Josh Allen and the Bills this weekend in Buffalo (These are my two favorite teams, and I just want them both to have fun). The Bills have played awesome football since their upsetting week 1 loss against the Steelers, and have gone on to dominate the Dolphins and Washington. The Texans are relying on rookie QB Davis Mills since the loss of Tyrod Taylor. The Texans could maybe put up a fight in this one, but with the injury, I just don’t see them taking down Josh Allen and Bills Mafia.

Bills 38, Texans 24

Washington (1-2) vs. Falcons (1-2)

The Falcons are pretty horrendous, to say the least. I’m not sure how they beat the Giants, but I guess that’s saying something about the Giant’s problems too. I think Taylor and the team will take this one.

Washington 24, Falcons 17

Lions (0-3) vs. Bears (1-2)

The Bear’s offense was practically non-existent in last week’s game against the Browns. Justin Fields got his first start, where he was sacked nine times in the game. Chicago has to be thinking about moving on from Nagy. This isn’t a Fields or Foles or Dalton or even Mitch thing, Nagy is just a trash head coach and needs to get fired. The morale at Soldier is low, and Goff will grab his first win as a Lion this Sunday.

Lions 20, Bears 10

Panthers (3-0) vs. Cowboys (2-1)

Sam Darnold has won more games this year already than he did last year in New York. The Panthers have been playing awesome football with Darnold behind center and he’s playing the best he has in his career so far. Dak and the Boys are coming off a short week after they embarrassed the Eagles on Monday Night Football. The Cowboy’s offense is just way too good for this Panther’s defense, and the boys will give the Panthers their L this week.

Cowboys 31, Panthers 13

Colts (0-3) vs. Dolphins (1-2)

Both these teams are dealing with their QB injuries as Carson Wentz has sprained both his ankles and Tua with fractured ribs. Jacoby Brissett has established himself as a solid backup QB in this league, and he’s gonna play pissed off against his former team this weekend. the Dolphins will take this game and move to (.500).

Dolphins 23, Colts 14

Browns (2-1) vs. Vikings (1-2)

This has the potential for being the best game of the weekend. The Vikings are going to pound with the run game, and rely on the defense to stop Baker and the Browns running back group. This is gonna be an offensive shootout, and I could see it coming down to the wire. Kirk and the Vikings are coming off a big win against the Seahawks in week 3, and they are gonna take down Baker and the Browns this weekend too.

Vikings 41, Browns 38

Giants (0-3) vs. Saints (2-1)

The Saints are finally playing home after the storm made them leave town at the start of the season. Jameis Winston started off the year by looking like Tom Brady, and then quickly went back to being Jameis Winston the last few weeks. Daniel Jones doesn’t get the hate he deserves, but the Giants might be the worst team in the league. They look like dog water on the field. Jameis will either throw for 5 touchdowns or throw 2 interceptions. The Saints will pull this one off in the home opener.

Titans (2-1) vs. Jets (0-3)

The Jets are no different with the QB change and are looking like the typical New York Jets. Zach Wilson hasn’t had the best start, but I could see him putting up a fight on Sunday against the Titans. But the Jet’s defense is pretty miserable, and Derrick Henry will run circles around them and take the win.

Titans 21, Jets 13

Chiefs (1-2) vs. Eagles (1-2)

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are in last place in the AFC West. Andy Reid had a health problem after last week but is already good to go against his former Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles got demolished against the Cowboys on Monday, but Jalen Hurts will be somewhat productive against this Chiefs defense. Patrick Mahomes and his offensive weapons will bounce back and get to the (.500) mark.

Chiefs 27, Eagles 21

Cardinals (3-0) vs. Rams (3-0)

MVP favorites Matthew Stafford and Kyler Murray go head to head in LA this weekend. This game has playoffs written all over it, as we will see both these teams fighting hard to be on top of this division. The Rams are coming off a huge win against Brady and the Bucs, and they are looking to keep the ball rolling with their hot start to the season. The Rams defense has looked less scary than thought, but they are definitely still a force in the league. The Cardinals offense has too many weapons for them to struggle too bad, but I think Stafford and the Rams will be able to move on undefeated after this game. Rams in a shootout.

Rams 38, Cardinals 31

Seahawks (1-2) vs. 49ers (2-1)

The NFC West matchups this weekend are going to be good, and this one has the potential of being a really fun game. Russell Wilson and the Hawks are looking to bounce back after the loss to the Vikings last week. The Niners played in a fun Sunday Night Football game last week, where Aaron Rodgers performed a miracle and drove the ball down the field with less than a minute left. The Seahawks defense hasn’t been what it usually is, and they could struggle against Jimmy G this week in San Fran. The Niners will win this one in a close divisional matchup.

49ers 24, Seahawks 20

Ravens (2-1) vs. Broncos (3-0)

Teddy Bridgewater and the Broncos are playing red hot football so far this season, and are playing like division favorites. They are playing awesome football, but they have only played the Jaguars, the Jets, and the Giants. We really don’t know how this team can compete against elite teams in the league, and I think Lamar and the Ravens are going to take advantage of that this week. Lamar will have a good game and the Ravens will knock off the unbeaten Broncos.

Ravens 27, Broncos 21

Steelers (1-2) vs. Packers (2-1)

Big Ben vs Aaron Rodgers takes me back to 2013. Ben has been off to a rough start, and you have to think this could be his last season. Rodgers and the cheeseheads come off of the Sunday Night Football game where they played good offense against the Niners. The Steeler’s offensive line has looked rough, and Big Ben is too old and unathletic to run around out of the pocket. The Packer’s defense also played awesome against Jimmy G in last week’s game, I expect them to be able to handle this Steelers team.

Packers 27, Steelers 17

Buccaneers (2-1) vs. Patriots (1-2)

Tom Brady is making his homecoming and playing in the building where he dominated for 20 seasons. Brady vs. Belichick on Sunday Night Football is strange to think about. This game really is history. We get to watch the best NFL player ever play against the greatest NFL coach ever. Brady is looking for another ring, and isn’t going to hold back against his old team in New England. Mac Jones is going to want to throw a show, but this is Brady’s stadium, you are just the new guy. Tom Brady takes this game at Gillette.

Buccaneers 34, Patriots 17

Raiders (3-0) vs. Chargers (2-1)

John Gruden and Derek Carr are off to a red hot start so far. Derek Carr is looking like an MVP and the offense is playing great. The Chargers took down the Chiefs last week, and are looking to keep their game hot. Justin Herbert is playing awesome as well, and this is a battle between two good quarterbacks early this year. The Chargers are legit and they are going to take down Las vegas and give them their first loss this week in a good game.

Chargers 27, Raiders 23
